  • Meg Elizabeth is a writer and Hebrew Bible scholar, as well as married to her best friend, Michael, of 21 years. She’s also a Momma to their THREE(!) wonderfully energetic boys, Titus, Elliott, and Ezra, and their self-proclaimed princess, Alice. She loves baking fruit pies and teaching her children how to cook and bake, so she’s off the hook at dinner and dessert time. Together, God led them to plant a church in Fayetteville, Arkansas, in 2013. During the church-planting process, she began digging into God’s Word more deeply.

As she began teaching those who walked through the doors of their church and their home, she realized how much was lost in our English translations. She’s seeking to help uncover what’s behind our translations, as well as bring an understanding of what those ancient texts say about our lives today. In the spring of 2021, she founded the Behold Collective. At the Behold Collective, they look for “Behold Moments” in Scripture and help women apply them to their own lives. They guide women to Behold their Creator, Believe in Jesus, and Become the women that God has created them to be through Bible studies, blogs, and discipleship training.

She is a graduate of Ozark Christian College with a degree in Biblical Literature and a Master of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies with an emphasis in the Hebrew Bible and Women’s Transformational Leadership at Western Seminary. She’s currently working on a Doctorate of Ministry at Asbury Theological Seminary.

  • Melanie Bedogne is an everyday Christ-follower seeking to invest her life for eternal impact. She is most passionate about connecting with and caring for people and seeing others find freedom in Christ. Based in Northwest Arkansas, Melanie loves hot coffee, cooking healthy meals with her family, and the priceless gift of an authentic, Christ-centered community.

Having led women’s Bible study and prayer groups over the past 20+ years, Mel loves sharing the practical truths of God’s Word as well as the transformative power of the Holy Spirit in our lives. Mel has a bachelor’s degree in Greek New Testament from Oral Roberts University and a Master's in Practical Theology from Regent University.

Mel and her husband Jason have been married for 19 years and are raising their four beautiful daughters to love God with their lives.

  • Dr. Charli Brown holds a doctorate in leadership and brings over 30 years of ministry leadership experience. You will laugh, cry, and be inspired to change with Charli. As seen on The Practical Portion (Messianic Lamb Network), CTN, and The Bridge, Charli Brown is that speaker and author who personally connects with you while taking you on a journey of change. Her passion is breaking down tough topics using humor and relatable stories. This strategic leadership expert and gospel storyteller began her ministry as a Chapel Manager in the National Guard. From there, she began teaching and speaking nationwide while leading congregations and women’s ministries.

Charli is also the author of the book It's Not My Weed To Pull: The Diary of a Control Freak, a faith-based journal focused on releasing control to God and stopping the urge to control others. She is passionate about the Hebraic perspective of The Word and has a heart for helping women know their identity and who they are in Him. You will find her on stage inspiring leaders to build strong teams or at women’s conferences, bringing healing for women to grow and lead in the way they were created.

  • Jennifer is passionate about honoring Christ in all she does and pointing others toward the love of Christ. For over a decade she's been blessed to be a homeschooling mom to her two precious girls and had the opportunity to flex her entrepreneurial spirit, opening a Fayetteville Classical Conversations homeschool campus. During that time, she was a Director for four fun-filled years. All of that unfolded with the guidance and blessings of the Lord. For the last couple of years, she has also been co-leading a 4-H Horse club alongside her daughter and her friend. This year Jennifer was honored to serve Christ Church on the council as a representative for the youth. Her family has also been active in TeenPact, a national Christian leadership school, for the past five years, and she's enjoying the Class Coordinator role for the April 2025 class.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources (because she loves people) and International Business (because she loves traveling) along with a Masters in Business Administration degree. During her college years, she served as Chaplain in the Alpha Delta Pi sorority, which drew her closer to the Lord. Jennifer is dedicated to fitness and health because she truly believes our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor 6:19-20). She is a faithful follower of Christ, a devoted wife, and a loving mother, who is always looking for opportunities to serve others.

  • Heather Delores is a work-in-progress who falls deeper in love with Jesus every day. As a single mother of five kids, Heather has a front-row seat to the many ways God develops a person! She’s had her share of heartache and struggle: two marriages, the pain of adultery, rheumatoid arthritis, abandonment, and rejection. Yet each of those hard things has revealed to Heather the goodness and faithfulness of God, the true and abundant friendship of Jesus, and the fortifying power and imminence of the Holy Spirit.

Once upon a time, she was an English teacher. Her years in education include several working with college writers, editing their papers, and teaching them to revise. Currently, God has given her two dream opportunities: to teach her four school-aged kids at home and to put her love of words to work as she writes a novel.

Heather’s greatest passion is discipleship. As the women’s pastor of her church, she has the privilege of walking alongside her fellow church members, encouraging and teaching them to treasure God’s word and seek Him in it. Forever a student, she continues to study through her courses to develop her skills of reading and teaching Scripture.

Through all of the things that have brought Heather to this time and place, she can see God’s faithfulness and deep love. He continues to open doors that allow her to share her enthusiasm for and unshakable faith in God’s word with others, and she can think of no better way to spend her time.

  • Stacy is an insatiable reader, writer, and learner. She’s probably the most curious person in the room, and always the one bold enough to ask what the others won’t…Why?

In her words, she’s a high-energy personality, so she doesn’t know how to give anything less than 100%.

Stacy loves her husband and their family with all of her being, and she loves the Lord more and more each time she breathes. She is a writer, Bible teacher, and an advocate of older women discipling younger women. She’s passionate about teaching about the God she has loved for over 40 years, so it’s not uncommon to find her doing this with a total stranger.  Her favorite line, which is also the title of her memoir, is this:  “Tell me your story.”  (And depending on how well she’s listened, this usually becomes her invitation to tell them His story).

Stacy has recently retired from a 26-year career of teaching High School Bible in private school education, where she was allowed to write her own biblical curriculum. She has led (and continues to lead) in and out-of-country mission trips for the school and her church. She’s written a memoir, and is currently working on a Women’s Bible study for the Behold Collective, entitled:  “Can I Worship on This Mountain?

  • Hannah is an encourager and loves cheering on other women to live out their calling, discover their purpose, and embrace who God created them to be.

She married her husband, Derek, when they were both just 19 and didn’t know anything. After ten years of infertility, God gave them a son through the gift of adoption. The things she’s learned from their story have shown her more about God’s Love for us than she could ever put into words.

Sunshine, coffee, and grace make her a better person. In her spare time, she loves spending time with Derek and their son, listening to true crime podcasts, and dreaming about becoming a homesteader one day.

  • Meet Halle Boyd, a 19-year-old passionate about children’s ministry and empowering young women through biblical teachings. At her church, she serves in the kids and preteens ministry, spreading the love of God and impacting young lives to advance the gospel. Her heart beats for helping women understand what the Bible really says about women and using it to uplift and empower them. This fall, she’s excited to start my journey at Ozark Christian College, pursuing a degree in children’s ministry to deepen her impact and knowledge. With the Holy Spirit guiding her, she’s eager to make a lasting difference as she continues to follow what the Lord has placed in her heart.

What’s the deal with behold?

The Story

One late night after studying text after text for a seminary class, Meg began to notice a strange pattern in the Bible. Whenever the word, “Behold” was written, there was always a huge shift in the biblical timeline. So, what seemed like a natural path, would completely change course.

She began to study the word, “Behold” in Hebrew. The word is “hinneh” and it means to “Look! Pay Attention! This is important!” The word “behold” acts as a literary finger or as our version of an exclamation point. Throughout Scripture, she noticed that the word “Behold” was usually used by God, an angel, or someone of importance to the story. In fact, there were over a 1,000 usages from Genesis to Revelation.

Suddenly, the Holy Spirit nudged Meg. Hard. She prayed, “Is this what you want, Lord?”

Several years later, The Behold Collective had launched multiple Bible studies, women’s events, retreats, and workshops, and written numerous blogs.
